Protecting And Promoting The Health Of The City One Job At A Time
I’ll perform a complete, non-destructive whole-home plumbing inspection by running and testing every fixture—faucets, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets—while checking water pressure and flow, drain performance, venting symptoms (like gurgling or slow drains), and any visible leaks at supply lines, shutoff valves, traps, and exposed piping. I’ll also inspect your water-heating system (tank, tankless, or boiler) for visible leaks, safety concerns, connection and valve condition, and venting/condensate setup where applicable. When I’m done, you’ll receive a clear, straightforward summary of what’s working, what needs attention, and what can be improved—prioritized so you can prevent surprises, avoid emergencies, and have real peace of mind about your home’s plumbing. Normal dispatch fee of $75.00 still applies and is added into the price.
Our Dispatch & Diagnostic Fee covers the full cost of sending a service vehicle and licensed plumber to your home to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and pinpoint the problem — then provide a clear solution and an upfront quote.
Why there’s a diagnostic fee (what it actually pays for)
This fee is designed to be transparent and all-in, factoring in real business overhead so we can reliably show up prepared:
Fuel/gas and drive time
Service vehicle costs (payment, maintenance, tires, repairs, depreciation)
Tools and equipment (specialty plumbing tools, testing gear, safety equipment)
Licensing, continuing education, and compliance
Insurance (liability, commercial auto, etc.)
Dispatching/scheduling/admin time
Stocking the truck so common repairs can be handled fast
Business operating costs required to provide consistent, professional service
About
our company
With 15+ years in plumbing, I bring well-rounded experience across residential, agricultural, and commercial plumbing, including service work, remodels, and new construction. That range matters because it means you’re not getting a one-size-fits-all answer—you’re getting a solution based on what actually makes sense for your home, building, or system.
What you can expect from me
Straight answers, no games. I’ll tell you what I see, what I recommend, and why.
Fair, upfront pricing. You’ll know what you’re paying for and what your options are—before we move forward.
Best option, not the most expensive one. If there’s a smart repair that makes sense, I’ll say so. If replacement is the safer long-term choice, I’ll say that too.
Accountability. If I’m wrong about something, I’ll be the first to own it—and I’ll make it right.
More than a transaction
I’m here to build long-term relationships with customers who value honesty and good work. I look forward to earning your trust—not just through quality plumbing, but through clear communication, respect, and doing what’s right even when it’s inconvenient.
